Event to be held on Saturday, April 5
TEMPLE, TX (March 28, 2025) – Temple Fire & Rescue invites the community to take aim for a great cause at the annual Clays for Claus shooting tournament. This event raises funds for the Rescue Elves program, which provides Christmas gifts to families in need.
WHAT: Clays for Claus Shooting Tournament
WHEN: Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 8 a.m.
WHERE: Weber’s Shooting Sports, located at 14757 Interstate 35 Frontage Rd
The tournament features a clay shooting competition, with prizes for top shooters, and includes complimentary breakfast and lunch. The tournament is open to all skill levels, with individual and team of four entries.
"Temple Fire & Rescue is excited to host Clays for Claus, as it gives the community an opportunity to make an impact beyond the holiday season," said Fire Chief Mitch Randles. "Our Rescue Elves program offers many opportunities to give back, and it’s incredible to see the difference it makes in the lives of those we help."
