Temporary intersection closures set to continue through May 31
TEMPLE, TX (April 8, 2025) – UPDATE: Due to extensive weather days encountered on this project, these intersection closures have been extended and are set to remain in place through May 31, 2025.
TEMPLE, TX (January 27, 2025) – Ongoing reconstruction of Old Waco Road from Tarver Drive and Jupiter Drive to Riverside Trail will soon include temporary intersection closures of Riverside Trail and Dove Meadows Boulevard west of Old Waco Road beginning on February 3, 2025 and lasting through April 1, 2025.
These temporary closures will be detoured to South Pea Ridge via Poison Oak Road and the South Pea Ridge Connection at Old Waco Road. South Pea Ridge has multiple entry connections for residents unable to use the Old Waco Road intersections. Two-way traffic will be maintained on Old Waco Road throughout.
Old Waco Road in this area will remain open to through traffic and driveways will be accessible. Drivers should use caution in the area and pay attention to all traffic control devices.
