Ceremony to be held April 24
TEMPLE, TX (April 17, 2025) - The City of Temple is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 24 to celebrate the official opening of the 4th Street Parking Garage.

WHEN: Thursday, April 24, at 2 p.m.
WHERE: Second floor of the 4th Street Parking Garage, located at 301 S 4th Street
The city is excited to officially open this state-of-the-art parking facility that will serve the community and provide convenience and accessibility to Downtown Temple.
The structure features a total of 415 parking spaces spread across six levels. Pedestrian movement between the levels is accommodated by an elevator and an open staircase. The garage also features retail space available for lease on the ground level.

The ribbon cutting ceremony is expected to be attended by city officials, project stakeholders, and members of the community.
The entrance to the garage is located along N 6th Street and E Central Ave, and the ceremony will take place on the second floor of the garage. There will be designated spots for ceremony parking and street parking can be utilized as well.
