Virtual Event to be held on Saturday, September 20
The City of Temple is proud to host a virtual celebration of National Clean Up Day on Saturday, September 20, and invites residents across the community to take part. This nationwide initiative encourages individuals, families, and groups to come together in the spirit of service and responsibility to make a lasting impact on the places we call home.
Residents are encouraged to register online by September 20 to take part in this year’s effort. The City will provide complimentary trash bags and gloves to all registered participants. Cleanups can take place anywhere that matters most to participants, whether it is around the home, throughout the neighborhood, or at a favorite park or community space.
Participants are also encouraged to submit photos and collection totals following their cleanup. Sharing these results allows the community to see the combined impact of everyone’s contributions and serves as a reminder of what can be achieved when we work together.
The City of Temple thanks every resident who takes the time to participate and looks forward to seeing the positive changes that come from this effort. To register and learn more, visit templetx.gov/cleanupday. Together, we can ensure that Temple remains a vibrant and beautiful community for all.
