This recently completed project revitalizes Central Avenue from 2nd Street to 6th Street, as well as connections from Central Avenue to Adams Avenue on 2nd, 4th, and 6th Streets, with improved infrastructure, enhanced pedestrian spaces, and beautification. It also includes the redevelopment of the historic Hawn Hotel, Arcadia Theater, and Sears building, as well as a brand-new parking garage on 4th Street, transforming Downtown Temple into a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use destination.

The Downtown City Center Project is an investment in the future of our community and a reflection of our vision to make Downtown Temple a more accessible and thriving destination for residents and visitors. This milestone reflects years of collaboration and marks an exciting step forward in our downtown revitalization efforts.
