TEMPLE, TX (December 23, 2025) – The Temple Police Department assisted the Harker Heights Police Department with the execution of an arrest warrant in Temple.
At approximately 8:54 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, Temple Police Officers executed an arrest warrant in the 600 block of Mama Dog Circle on behalf of the Harker Heights Police Department. The subject arrested was 38-year-old Emily Rabroker.
Ms. Rabroker is charged with assault causing bodily injury, family violence. The incident occurred in Harker Heights while she was off duty and outside of working hours. The warrant was issued by the Harker Heights Police Department and executed by the Temple Police Department.
Ms. Rabroker is employed by the City of Temple in the Animal Services Department, which operates under the Temple Police Department. As a matter of standard practice, she has been placed on administrative leave with pay. She will remain on administrative leave pending the outcome of the internal investigation.
