TEMPLE, TX (February 28, 2026) – The Temple Police Department has identified the deceased as 35-year-old Zachary Taylor from Temple, TX.
TEMPLE, TX (February 26, 2026) – The Temple Police Department is investigating a traffic accident that left one individual deceased.
At around 9:38 p.m., on Thursday, February 26, officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of State Highway 36 for a traffic accident. Upon arrival, officers learned that a single-occupant vehicle was traveling eastbound when it rolled into a ditch.
One individual was pronounced deceased on scene by Justice of the Peace Cliff Coleman. No other injuries have been reported at this time.
