Before David ever hits the road, there’s one important step: your pickup must be scheduled.
Quick reminders:
• Residents get one brush + one bulky pickup per month
• Set items out by 7 a.m. on your scheduled day
• Keep brush and bulky items separated and clear of obstacles
Since switching to the call-in system, crews have completed 14,600+ requests while staying 100% on schedule!
