TEMPLE, TX (May 29, 2026) - The City of Temple is excited to welcome guests to the Santa Fe Summer Music Series, a live music experience held at Santa Fe Plaza on Friday nights in June and July.
WHAT: Santa Fe Summer Music Series
WHEN: 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. on June 5, June 26, July 10 and July 24
WHERE: Santa Fe Plaza, located at 301 W Avenue A
Each week brings a fresh lineup and a downtown atmosphere built for long summer nights. Vendors will be on-site with items for purchase, and each week will include free face painting and a 360-degree photo booth. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair, grab a bite and make a night of it.
The Santa Fe Summer Music Series is an exciting new chapter for live music in Downtown Temple, bringing talented artists from across Texas and unforgettable nights to Santa Fe Plaza. Along with great music, the refreshed four-part series will feature fun surprises and interactive experiences for the community to enjoy all summer long.

Texas Double Shot, a San Antonio‑based country band, will open the series on June 5. The band is known for traditional country honky tonk, and has performed at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and Big Red and Barbacoa Festival. Breaktime BBQ, Fries & Surprise, Dirty Pop Soda Shop and Cupcake Avenue will also be on site throughout the evening.
The series will also feature live music by The 8 Tracks (June 26), Stolen Whiskey (July 10) and Solis Brothers (July 24). For specific date details, please visit the City's Special Events page.
