TEMPLE, TX (September 22, 2026) - The City of Temple will host community open houses to provide information and answer questions about Proposition A, the Sammons Community Center bond proposition on the November ballot.
Residents can stop by to learn more about the proposed replacement community center, why the bond election was called, the estimated tax impact and what Proposition A would authorize.
Proposition A asks voters whether to authorize up to $15 million in general obligation bonds for the design, construction and equipping of a replacement community center.

- Monday, October 19, at 6 p.m.
