New customer care service offers a variety of ways to connect with residents

TEMPLE, TX (March 11, 2025) - The City of Temple is excited to announce the launch of TTX Connect, a platform designed to improve communication and streamline service requests for residents. TTX Connect features a live chat function, a revamped service request form, a call service, and a user-friendly mobile app.
Residents can now access a live chat feature on the city's main website, templetx.gov. Available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the chat connects users with real customer service agents who can assist with a variety of inquiries related to city services, programs, general questions, and reporting issues.
TTX Connect replaces the city's previous Track Temple system and provides an upgraded service request tool. Residents can create an account to report various issues from missed garbage collection to broken traffic signals and receive real-time updates on their requests. The platform also includes an interactive map, allowing users to view active service requests in their area.
Residents with AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile phone providers can dial 3-1-1 to be connected with a customer service agent during normal business hours. Residents with other providers can call 254-298-5000 for the same service.
In addition to the online platform and cell service, the city has launched the TTX Connect app, available for free download on the App Store and Google Play. This new app will replace the existing Track Temple app and provide a comprehensive resource for residents.
