Several proposed amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC) related to data center development
An amendment to the City’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 38, Water, to include requirements for Utility Service Agreements for certain industrially zoned developments or special utility projects
Voluntary Annexation and Zoning (Planned Development – Light Industrial) requests for property related to Rowan’s Phase 1B (Project Lasso)
